ANDREA BOSIO
The series “15-seconds” by the Italian architect and photographer Andrea Bosio is feature on the news issue of Domus Magazine. About the project we read: «15 seconds or little more: that is the time citizens has to find out the nearest shelter in case of enermy bombing attack announced by the sirens. Each building is design considering the presence of a bomb shelter in it: in the oldest they take place in an unerground room available to all tenants of the buildig, while in the most new construction is a concrete reinforced cell. I researched for the silent artifacts between buildings, public places and in private homes: this series of images shows the presence of these refugees in the normal everyday life. The photographs were taken in some of the major Israel cities with a medium format film camera».
